Sathyaraj is an Indian actor. He has appeared in over 200 films, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam language films. He is best known for his roles in the films Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which was both directed by S. S. Rajamouli. In addition to his acting career, He has also worked as a director, producer, and screenwriter.
Sathyaraj was born in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He studied at St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School and later graduated from PSG College of Arts and Science. He then went on to study at the Madras Film Institute, where he specialized in acting. He made his acting debut in the Tamil film Oru Thaai Makkal (1977). Since then, he has appeared in over 200 films in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
Sathyaraj is married to Vijayalakshmi and they have two children: a son, Sibiraj, who is also an actor, and a daughter, Divya Saasha.
